Friendly reception staff, large comfortable king bed and pillows, large room and bathroom with shampoo, soaps, toothbrush/paste, washing liquid/scourer. Wifi good. Near Burgos Street 5 mins walk, but quiet safe area. We had balcony room, and would definitely stay here again.

They have a very good, sympathetic, very understanding staff. When you need supplies they easily deliver towels, tissue paper, soap and shampoos. The front desk lady is knowledgeable on her reply to queries.

The staff are very nice. My quarantine stay was comfortable. And for the price I paid, sulit na sulit. Compared to other quarantine hotels, this hotel really goes extra mile to offer you good service.

Staffs are great people. Very understanding and approachable. Just need some major cleaning of the sink or drain as it emits bad smell especially in the night. Otherwise beds and other facility are acceptable for quarantine.
